The above picture was taken on his first trip to a zoo, at the age of 66. He was amazed to be able to see a tiger only a few miles from where he lived.

A celebration of Hugh McEvoy's life
Funeral service took place at Hastings Crematorium on Thursday 9 January 2025 at 2.15 pm. Family flowers only. Please consider a donation to Pilgrim's Hospice instead. The Margate branch brought Hugh a lot of support and enjoyment in recent years.
